ROSSLARE AC-215IP-B Networked Access Control Panel with ME-1015 Enclosure

INTRODUCTION

The AC-215IP-B Intelligent 2-Reader Networked Access Controller is powered by Rosslare’s AxTraxNG™ or AxTraxPro™ server to deliver full featured access control and automation capability via 10/100 Ethernet port. The AC-215IP-B (TCP/IP) and AC-215-B (RS-485) access control and automation panels feature 2 readers, 4 outputs, and 4 inputs in a compact high-quality DIN housing that can be easily installed into the ME-1015 power management enclosure or can be mounted in custom enclosures. The AC-215IP-B is Rosslare’s entry level intelligent IP controller that supports 30,000 credentials and 30,000 PIN codes, and provides an ideal, modular, and expandable solution for commercial and institutional needs.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AC-215IP-B is a 2-Reader Networked access control and automation panel for AxTraxNG™ or AxTraxPro Access server. There are 2 versions of the panel, one with TCP/IP (AC-215IP) networking and (AC-215) with addressable RS-485 networking. The panels may be ordered in DIN version with just the panel, in a DIN housing ready for DIN rail mounting, or enclosed in a ME-1015 Power Management Enclosure which includes power supply with UPS charger, Rosslare LightBar™ and Rosslare PowerLock™ features in a secure lockable enclosure. AC-215IP-B AC-215x-B are advanced controllers, with real-time processing, online, and offline operation modes. The panels feature non-volatile memory in case of total power loss, and a 20,000-event log that updates the server of events during network disconnections. The panels support 30,000 users, 128 access areas, 128 access groups, 128 time zones, 64 holidays, and 32 panel automation links. They feature 2 readers, 4 outputs, 4 inputs, buzzer indicator output, and LED indicators for TCP/IP, Serial Bus, and output status. The reader ports support industry standard Wiegand inputs from 26-Bit to 64-Bit and 8 different keypad formats. When connected to AxTraxNG1 or AxTraxPro Access Control Management Software with Microsoft® Windows®, networks of up to 1023 panels may be achieved with the AC-215IP over LAN and WAN architectures.
