ROSSLARE ME-1515 Enclosure for AC-825IP Series

Introduction

The ME-1515 power management enclosure is an innovative lockable metal cabinet designed for maximum ease of use, installation, and maintenance. The ME-1515 features a split managed power supply and UPS  circuit that is designed to fit and power Rosslare's AC-8215IP series of access control panels. The enclosure and power supply board generate status events that can be logged by the control panels and seen by the  AxTraxNG™ or AxTraxPro™ Access Control Management Software. The enclosure has a built-in speaker for sending audio alerts from the panels and features Rosslare PowerLock™ and the Rosslare LightBar™ utility  light. The enclosure provides a premium solution and long-term reliable performance for value and peace of mind when installing Rosslare access controllers.

General Description

The ME-1515 is a lockable metal enclosure that houses the AC-825IP access control series and can be used to house one AC-825IP unit or two x-805 series expansions boards. The ME-1515 enclosure has a Universal Power Socket (UPS) with a C14 standard plug for the VAC switching power supply and VDC power management board with charger for a 12 V / 7 Ah lead acid battery and output supply. The unit has audio speaker for chime, bell, and siren as well as a LED illumination bar that is connected to the controller boards and lights when the enclosure door is open. The illumination bar includes a tamper switch and a green power status LED at the front of the enclosure.
